Chasing your dream

What's up all. I haven't been on this site forever & decided to stop by today and give a little update. As some of you guys may know (especially the Nor Cal guys), I have been brewing beer for some time now. Now, I remember telling some of you that I didn't want to work in the music industry anymore, and wanted to do something with brewing. Well, I quit my life as a engineer/producer and am now a professional brewer for BJ's. So if any of you in CA ever go to BJ's and have a beer, I hope you enjoy my hard work.

What's the point of this you may ask? To encourage you all to chase down your dreams and make them reality. I had no schooling or professional experience, but had the will & drive to do what I enjoyed, and did whatever it took to get where I wanted to go. Baby steps turn into strides, you just need to take that first one...

Anyways, if I'm still at BJ's at the time of the next Convergence, you better believe that no one will have to bring any beer, AND the blonde that was requested last time will be in abundance.

Congrats, it sounds like you have a job you really can enjoy! Smile

I have a hang over right now... so it doesnt sound very appealing to me Laughing

That is awesome for you. I feel what you did is what people fail at, doing what they want to. People always have their dreams but other things overcome that dream. Things like money, security, and acceptance. I am trying to live my life like that, but it is not the easiest thing to do. What you are doing is success in the truest form.
