indian theme?

Whats up with the Indian theme this year? Ive seen at least 3 boards with indians on them! Not hatin, i love the graphics, but... its just werid that there are 3 boards all diff companies thinkin of the same graphic theme at the same time!? any one else think its kinda strange?

Ya I was thinking that too. I just saw the ones for surf expo. Now seeing the sattelyte, it's confirmed. With how low the lakes are in Austin, it feels like the wild west.

b/c all the companies have a similar owner. i belive kent watersports or something along that line. that's why ronix was started b/c paul and herb hated being told they couldnt do things b/c it would negatively affect another company under the umbrella. it looks to me as though the byerly boards and catalyst boards are the same, except for the vinyl and byerly's bi level. if you notice most wakeboards this year have lots of 80's style neon

Sattelyte has nothing to do with kent, and LF and hyperlite are still separate companies with separate graphic artists. ownership has nothing to do with it.

true, sorry about that. sattelyte is independent. here's a list of who isn't. maybe the indians on a. reed's board is b/c he lives in texas and there used to be indians there? or native americans

I don't know the ins and outs of it all, but aaron has always embraced whatever native american heritage he has.
