The Iraqi TV reporter that has been in prison since December when the incident happened is about to be released tomorrow on good behavior after serving 3/4's of his 1 year sentence. In March of this year, his 3 year term was reduced to 1 for having no prior record.

Should he have been in prison for longer or do you think justice was served?

he's in jail b/c of the country he's in and how strict they are about stuff. you can't throw anything at the president. it's a safety thing. i mean ya it's harsh but if he threw that shoe at your or me i doubt he'd be in jail.
