Need help from someone in Orlando

Kind of a crazy favour to ask for, but I'm in a pinch. We are getting a custom golf cart made for our wakeskate scene here in Canada. We need this part (a front cowl) and the only one avaliable for our cart model is in Orlando. The problem is that the dude won't ship it, local pick-up only. Can I pay someone to pick it up and ship it out for me?
