| I would just like to throw this out there. I ordered a 38' bilevel from Devotid a little more than a year ago, and I received it in less than 2 weeks. The top deck broke 7-8 weeks later, and I was super bummed but i had figured that was typical. I called Kevin, he told me that shouldn't happen and that the top deck was faulty. Without paying a cent, I had a new top deck in the mail in less than two weeks, and it lasted up until very recently. My customer service with Devotid has always been spot on, and I have never had any troubles. |

I've had nothing but the best customer service from kevin. I bought a 38 onward from someone here in the forums who i believe bought it from someone else on here, anyways after the second ride i snapped the tail, called kevin and got two new top decks and grip within the week sent to me. Although i did have to pay for them he gave me a really good deal. I would buy a new board from him WHEN I NEED A NEW ONE

| WHY....the top deck i have is fine and i still have a second as a back up. When i need a new deck i will. |
