I must agree with both of you on the fact that 250 bucks is 250 bucks and thats 250 bucks he no longer has. But just how much more than $250 do you think Erich and Integrity have lost from someone coming on here and talking about how long it took and how bad the customer service is? Do you think it has deterred one person(-$250), two people(-$500), maybe even ten(-$2500). It is this loss of income that really hurts a company and causes them to cease to exist or maybe even cut quality in order to meet demand and keep a couple of people happy. I bet he would be more than glad to sacrifice a refund (or maybe even two) in order to save both quality and the extra losses this bad mouthing can cause.

overstreet31, blowing Schmaltz isn't gonna get your board shipped any faster. if he lost business because people come on here and talk about how long it took to get their board or how crappy the customer service is the only person at fault is integrity.

It was kind of screwed up that Derek offered to ship a board right then when taku asked for a refund... Of course we're still waiting for the refund too so we'll see how long that takes.

Schmaltz, You say you respond to everyone's messages yet never responded to taku. Why is that?

It has nothing to do with appreciating what you do. That's like saying if you don't like our boards don't buy them. Why else would I order one? And what exactly did I have to be stoked on? Waiting over two months and being told it would be shipped a month ago? Yeah sooo stoked!

Grouch, thanks man, but I have no problem waiting for his response. None the less waiting for my board. But I just thought that maybe sense the board was discountinued that he might try to knock them all out quickly, to make room for new shapes.

or just produce a stock of each deck before selling it. i mean overhead can't be too high for integrity/mutiny. max out those credit terms and build up a large inventory. it's not like the decks aren't going to fly off the shelves.
