electricsnow, as i know wakeskatedude in person i must say he is not hating. he is just making fun of how erich is running his "business". to some degree i can second what wakeskatedude is saying as i've ordered several integs from erich and it always has been and still is (hopefully my four simplex will be on their way soon ) a pain in the ass. erich always claims to be all professional but then he solely posts updates on here. no info on nothing on their web page. he wanted to update it for over two years now. and derek can barely give me a precise date for production and shipment of my boards. they already billed my credit card like three weeks ago! that's not the way a serious business is supposed to be run like.
i know they are a small company and he's got a shitload of work to do but then don't come on here and boast. |

i just hope my global express guaranteed is true... when i ordered my 09 ltd. it went to the wrong address. the good part is they paid for the shipping to the correct country. so i'm hoping derek would be correct and precise on my simplex order. it has been almost 5 weeks i think. crossing my fingers... _________________ R.O.T.S. | I get so tired of hearing International buyers complain about shipping times. Surprised a few of these companys even bother. |

lol you have been dissatisfied with the service and you have bought "several" boards from erich? if its such a pain in the ass then stop buying boards from him and stop complaining. |

bachlonso, wakeskatedude complained to me about erich only posting information on wakeskating.com and not his website...I actually think it's funny that you guys don't like that. I think most people on here are psyched that erich posts updates on here, directly to his customers/fan base.
Let's be real, you can complain about erich's so-called "lack of professionalism" but every single company out there has missed their own wakeskate deadlines. Only in the past year or two have companies really improved on that. And I think we all know that erich and derek run the shop and of course integrity is a very small business...in the end, what would you rather have: a shiznackle wakeskate from china that arrived "on time" or a hand crafted piece of art that takes longer than most expect to produce? I know what I would rather have and the wait would be worth it...
I would also like to add that I'm sure erich wouldn't want things to be this way, but at this point I think most people have accepted that buying an integrity will require some patience. Once people received their decks, I don't think I've ever heard any complaints. _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

electricsnow, i'm lazy,
1. i know wakeskater which like to wakeskate and not to check ws.com every day, they are not psyched,
2. sorry good wakeskate business works different in europe and yes it works here, and if the people in usa like bad wakeskate business ok, no problemo, i dont like it
3. schmaltz has produced how many skates in the last years? it is not the fact that he need time for his skates, it is the fact that he is not willing to say a real delivery date
4. yes i dont like the fact, that wakeskater are waiting a half season for a skate because they think it will be arriving in a month or before his holidays, they can buy a different good skate and have fun in a day or 2 weeks, integ maybe next year,
5. yes i dont like integs business but it not my job and this is a discussion forum for me and a customer/fan base for you (kidding ) _________________ hang loose or rock'n'roll

lol @ what this thread has turned into...
its true that integrity makes great skates, but for people to pay and then wait six weeks to get a board is absurd. i think that skaters will eventually get sick of this, especially when the next big innovation that erich comes up with will probably just make the wait longer.
my wife recently bought me a new board made with a custom shape and graphic, and it was in town within two weeks. _________________ north jones |

| Bottom line is, if u dont want to wait, DONT BUY AN INTEG! I know it takes a long time, my friend waited nearly 4 months for a simple team this year. They are quality boards and are well worth it. Id suggest buying a board that is cheaper and that u can get within a week or 2 so u dont post pone your season, especially you northerners. Then order up your integ so u can have it for next season or what have you. OR buy a used one! that will get to you faster and probly ride the exact same. |

Mario C., the problem is not the shipping time! my previously ordered integs got here within 10-14 days. the problem lays in the production dates. i've got several emails from derek stating that the boards are almost ready for shipment (not only this time with my simplex order but also with both of my ltds) but usually nothing happend(s) for weeks (in terms of my ltds months!!!).
is it that hard to actually plan production and give out dates? i don't even want day and time but to know that in week 33 my board is being build and i can expect it to arrive in the mail two weeks after is satisfying.
bmosing, like wakeskatedude said, the tnt suits me that well that i haven't found anything alike. also integs are the best lasting boards av. imo. (i shred cable only so this counts big time). you know it is just the fact that erich, derek or bobby or whoever comes on here in the name of integ always boasts "we're the best and baddest" and they claim to be really professional and they actually aren't. i hella know that they are a small company and that erich works his ass off in order to build high quality skates. but then keep it low tone!!!
i could perfectly arrange myself with the waiting time if they would tell me it will take a while. but if you read that they are building up stock or whatsoever you get annoyed.
fastgreens, really lol at this thread! people just don't get certain points and as long as there's sheep, there will be debate.
EJazzle, if i were a board, i wouldn't wanna hold up too with you dropping all those hammers on me!
JIM-BRANTON, i do love it too!
electricsnow, please reread and rethink my posts. i would gladly arrange myself with missed deadlines and such as it is a fun oriented and fun based sport and industry. but then again: don't fücking say you're the best and most professional! just keep it mellow!!!
damn, so much drama |

That would be the correct assumption. |
not really
spowell If i understand the message from Schmaltz right then he will quit producing simplex after the 24th of august until 2010 stuff is ready, this means for me you have to ask how many preorders they have and if there place for one order more til 24 of august, hurry up or you are to late and have to wait til 2010 stuff is ready = month of wait
bachlonso it looks like sheeps like dramas _________________ hang loose or rock'n'roll
