For the record, I was one of the people who called nick out on the wake to wake kickflip, and it wasn't before anyone was doing them because daniel lovett had his, as did danny hampson, and aaron reed had set the standard for how they should be done. Anyway, nick still had videos out at the time and other people online had seen them, so there were a number of people out there that he had already built up a level of crediblity with.
