ever since i sold my cassette bi's and switched to more durable integs, my ridding has sucked enormously. i can land shizzle any more. i dont know what it is i just can get my flow on with these concaves. dont get me wrong i LOVE my integ. i Love not every worrying if im gunna break it or not. i love the security Laughing , but i just suck on it. so heres my questions. i need to get back on a bi so i can drop mega hammers again but im hesitant on which skate to sell, cause im not stacking paper to the ceiling like some kids on here. for the past year i have been riding my bamboo lemons, but i also have a 39 TNT sitting up in my room. i cant decide on which one i want to sell. the bi level im wanting is a verge, because i here they are the closest thing to a cassette bi. let me know what you would do

Thanks,

Carter

i would argue about being closest to a cassette bi level, but then that might not be the best way to describe another companys board anyway.

my riding is definitely waay more consistent on bi-levels. it took me three sets to get used to switching back from a concave but my shuv ratio went from 3-5 to 5-5. predictability is what you get from the heavier boards.
that's not taking anything away from integrity either because those boards are alot more responsive in overall ride then bi's imo.

Mario C., which bi in your opinion is closest to a Cassette Bi? i know that may not be a good way to catagorize someone elses company but, thats my soul reason for buying one Laughing

blackspotproductions, not sure, i wouldnt sell it for cheap though. its basically brand new.

McLOVIN, i don't know about close to a Cassette, having barely ridden one, but my favorite bi-level by far is Devotid. They seem like they would be similar to a Cassette, mabye you should try one of those.

I've never rode a Cassette but from sight the Devotid I think looks the most similar, and in my honest opinion Devotid is the best bi-level I've ever rode, no complaints.

McLOVIN, there are so many cassette bi's floating around in classifieds right now. If you dont like the integs then sell em. Whats the point of keeping them? Sell both and buy a couple of those cassettes

I think it's a really bad idea for a company to re-produce and make money off of something they didn't design, be it a bi-level or a 4trac shape.

Anyway, looking at bi-levels I was personally most impressed with verge bi-levels. I haven't had a chance to ride one, but I just remember being impressed becuase they had a really nice shape right from the start. If I were to buy any other bi-level right now, it would be a verge. Second up would probably be a devotid. The ones I saw at the expo looked nice, and they were no longer using that riser that went under the kicktail. Plus, both companies have now designed metal bits of one sort or another to help prevent the kicktails from splitting.
