i cant get in touch w/ cassette!!!!

At the first of this summer, i purchased a 2003 cassette drew mcguckin pro model. Within the first 2 times of riding it, and i mean just riding it, no rails, all i could really do was cross the wake and such, my paint began flaking off... Now i am noticing that the sealant on the ends is coming off and still, more paint is flaking away... does anybody know how i can contact thomas or somebody? they dont answer ANY e-mails.
I am EXTREMELY dissapointed with the quality of this wakeskate.

You got yours from Overton's I'm assuming? Those were defective or something, mine did that after a while too. Go to home depot, get some urethane and reseal it. (And repaint it if you want)It's a lot less trouble.

Oh yea. Overton's got some bs crap. how do i apply this sealant?

How do you apply it? Uh. I recommend that you put it on there liberally, and clamp it over night (like with a vise or something, maybe putting something really heavy on it would work). I would repaint it too. It probably looks like shizzle, like mine did. (Then again, mine got a bucket of paint spilled on it too)
