Wanted: Bullet Reel, or any aluminum reel with a 1'' shaft and .25 keyway.

It will be used on the Latest Rewind Winch, I'll post some pics when its done, should be around a week or so, this ones going to be high Tech.
I really don't want to Fabricate my own, because there are some pretty nice looking Reels out there, besides I don't know anyone with a CNC machine in Miami.

thewinch, Im looking in to building a new releasable spool for the new Integrity Winch. I have some connections with cnc machines. but the cad work is not free. If your interested in spliting the cost on cad work or something like that let me know. I can ship you the parts loose(not welded). or I can assemble them and ship them to you at a per piece cost...

ride5, are you contracting someone to do the cad work?

I'm graduating with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and I've spent my fair share of time using Pro/Engineer and Solid Works. + I know several people who have have taken specific courses for use with CNC machining. Let me know if I can help you out.

Wow, that sounds great Ride5, I will only need one spool, this time around. I do have another winch project that got tabled because of the lack of a CNC machine. We can talk about that later.
Give me a price of the drawings and the machining, an out the door price for one maybe 2, it does not have to be facncy. Just simple.
Let me know.

senorbueno, thanks man, I will let you know if I need you...
thewinch, I think I got it all worked out. but it's takink a little time getting it together. If you have cad work for what you need done. my brother in law has a cnc machine. he just needs the drawing in solidworks and he can convert to G-code for his machine. send me a pm with your number and we can go from there
Bobby...
