hippy-shuv!

Are you talking about Jeff's "Bart Simpson?," i.e., where he does the shuv under, but jumps over the highjump stick? If so...that is a cool trick, subtle but cool....kind of like Kyle Walton's no-comply.

Stand out parts by Jeff Engen and Nic Harlos.
The Yan Lecomte clips are ridiculous

I think Jeff put together an awesome part given how much he was injurred this last year. Nic has good snowboard style which I love to watch. Yan Lecomte is INSANE!! That kid is beyond talented.

Yes...I am totally biased towards this movie, but since I got my copy this weekend, I've probably watched it a few hundred times. I think what makes it a really good movie is: (1) The riding is sick (2) the music is really good...Dan did a good job of not picking Heavy Rotation crap or songs that you have heard a million times before (3) Tons of awesome locations: Germany, Phillipeans, USA, Canada, Japan, etc (4) It's a wakeskate film made by wakeskaters.

That and it has quick editing from trick to trick and rider to rider.
The guests all have a few tricks no just one or two.

Toxis, They are 2 very different films. I liked the layout and style of editing in the Gun under my pillow more then funboots!. It was shot all over which is good because the scenery isn't always the same and the lifestyle footage mixed in was nice. I also liked the music in TGUMP more but the funboots! sound track is starting to grow on me.

Funboots! is insane, the riding is straight up ridiculous. The locations in Funboots! make me jealous that I live in the north and can't shred without a wetsuit yet and the vibe is pretty awesome. When the menu screen came up the first time, my bedroom became a dance party for about 10 minutes(watching it with the GF)

I think both vids should become part of your video collection and I'll be alternating back and forth all summer to get stoked before i ride. Hopefully adding We're just skiing into the mix whenever thats done as well.
