added wheels and axle
plastic on sides
finished fairlead
cut and turned exhaust
to do:
splash guard
2nd kill switch
stencil
air filter setup

yeah, instead of the standard cable i switched to 3/16 brake line, because in michigan we use it to hit rails in the winter and sometimes moisture gets into the cable during the summer and freezes. just spray some wd-40 in there every now and then and it works well. Its pretty easy/cheap to do. Just keep your bends as mellow as possible.

Montgomery, thanks man!, i got the idea from iwinchglobal.com there are soooo many different designs but this one just seemed simple yet functional
my favorite part of this winch is that i put (2) 24 inch pipes where the handle goes and take the wheels off and your ready to go...no steaks, no straps, just action... stays solid in the ground
plus i just figured out a super easy chain tensioner setup

no, no, actually my favorite part about this winch is the $1.39 it takes to fill her up once a week!!!
