Louisiana Pool Gap.

I'm buying some dirt soon to build a winch gap with stairs and two hubbas on each side into my pond in my back yard. So whoever lives in Louisiana and wants to session it, we have some work to do. We're going to need a lot of dirt, wood, cordless power drills etc.. Also setting up some lights to session it at night and have parties. Most of the work I can do myself, but if you live in LA and don't make at least SOME kind of contribution to the setup, you can come watch, but that's about it. Unless your name is Blake, Josh, Mitch, Mike, Brent and James. Laughing

But they're helping me anyway.

Anyone who lives out of state is welcome to sesh any time, that's F'ed up huh Laughing

i want to come help. i've been wanting to build the same thing raging pull esque, but none of my friends are down with it or have any $ to contribute. my winch is essentially a paper weight. i can help next weekend w/ whatever. sounds like the best idea ever.

Sick guys! yea it's going to be like raging pull but not as massive. my pond is about 10 feet deep and has plenty of room for landing. going to buy some dye to dye the pond an aqua blue color and have the perfect little winch setup. I'm gunna get some picnic tables out there too.

samcollett, Yea dude, after i lay down the dirt I'm gunna need tools to built the ledges.

also if anyone in LA has some extra wood laying around let me know

Is there any new construction going on local? If so check with the guys doing the land work, cause they no doubt would have alot of soil to get rid of. If they try to charge you for it tell them to get bent cause they need to get rid of it and most likely pay to dump at a landfill. I do that kind of work and if you were close to me i could give you as much soil as you need. Good luck!

is it going to be like mine, you are going to have a lot of fun with the dirt, it took me 13 hours to move all the dirt into the right spot with a tractor.
