I am from Cleveland, MS and Clarksdale area. I would love to go out and ride nothing but Flooded Rice/Bean Fields in the winter. Other than that, Oxford would have the best chance of having a winch spot. They are building a lot of new things there and it is in a hilly region.

I am going to be in starkville with a winch come august. We have a rail pond in Batesville with about 5 rails/rails/kicker in it. looking for new spots to try.
