Yep that's me
The 510 is without an engine right now but there's an 11.5:1 L18 with a peanut head, some nasty cams, and weber side drafts sitting on an engine stand right now waiting for it.
I'd love to turn that into an SCCA Solo car but have about zero money to put into it right now. Same with all my other cars
I've never had a chance to drive on a road course but I've done plenty of autox and some small circuits. I'm pretty damn good at GT if I've got a wheel and pedals though _________________ -Paul |

She might win with all the tire that S14 has on it My stockers and bald tires couldn't hang with all that meat! Although I did beat modded RX-7's, C5's, Supras, etc at the Gainsville track with my front tries about to roll off the rim because they were so low on air in my stock s13 true story! _________________ -Paul |

I heard there's a pretty awesome course in Valdosta too. Some of the TN boys go down there every summer. _________________ I'm no scientist, but I do drink a lot of booze. |

uidzero, You actually let air out of your front tires to get a greater contact patch for the track? You know tire roll is bad right?
Dam paul, take back what is yours. (coughnskylinerimscough)
taku,
what are the specs on those wheels front and back anyway? what's the tire size?
I'd love to run some crazy wide tires but i like the stretch/poke and tuck look too much. Plus with my power it'll be really hard to break them loose, But when i get my turbo, it's a different story.

i like both looks, the 240 is on a shizzle stance right now though; stock s14 se alloys bombed black. car is on tein HA's right now and it really really needs some wider wheels. however, the rx7 is setup for grip. 235s/265s
taku, whats you're s14 setup like? and where the hell is bret, does he even post on here anymore? i thought for sure he'd be in here cause of his old blue zenki...
uidzero, dude i fiznackling heart dimes! my buddy nick is building one and currently in the process of turboing his high compression SR20DE motor in it. badass lil car. caged, full suspension, full fuel setup, the works. the remind me of mini hakosukas. _________________ R.I.P. Dude thats so weird. I was telling Frye this in an email this morning! All about the driver. Oh yeah the C5's were Z06's.
LOL at going to Autox's unprepared! You could say you were running a "true street setup", right off the street.
BTW, Frye wants you to show him how you shred GT at his house. _________________

I never auto crossed but i watched some of my drift friends do it and the auto cross guys kept bitching because my friends kept drifting.
I think autocross is a little slow for me, Time Attack is where it's at!

soy escuala, No I didn't let the air out of my tires. I was totally unprepared for the event and tried to get air in them during staging but the line was moving way too fast so I just had to run it like that. Heh, you had to take all your runs back to back too so I was fvcked! I still ended up taking home a trophy though I'm not really a big fan of AutoX anymore either unless it's run on a small circuit like this was. Real turns > cones.
Michael Manzer, taku has a black 95 SE with R32 GT-R wheels (16x8 with 255's all around IIRC) and German glass headlights. Totally stock other then that. It's sexy though I <3 high compression turbo engines! Although I just couldn't bring myself to boost a 510, N/A with a set of side drafts feels so right!
CGA PFD, LOL true street, I love telling that story because 99% of the time people think it's bs and try to call me out. I will need some GT time before that event, I'm playing with the idea of trying to drive my car I'm pretty sure I'd break something though. _________________ -Paul |
