The whole motor got flooded and it was pretty much sunk. I took it to my friends lift and drained the water out. It starts up right away and sounds ok but i think i cant go fast cuz the motor was sort of smoking.

Does anyone know what i should do??

The is no hole but i think the jet intake is letting some water in Confused

Run it. get the water to evaporate out. not much you can do unless you know how to tear down the engine or want a big dollar bill

4 stroke or 2 stroke?

I did the exact same thing last year after a rope got caught in the prop and I flipped it over in the middle of the lake. After a few oil changes (in order to get the water out of the actual drive cylinders), she ran fine. So...that's what I recommend. Hope it helps!

uhhh a bit of water in the engine, drain all the fuel and oil and drain the fuel lines make sure all the old fuel and water is out of the engine then get new fuel and run the HELL out of it, joyride for a few hours to burn any remaining water out of the engine, and if it was in salt water get some wd 40 inside those pistons otherwise the salt will rust the hell out of everything. good luck

im not sure what kind of ski you have, BUT i had the same exact problem on my '99 seadoo gti.

one of the bolts holding the exhaust manifold failed, and the vibration from the ski caused the other 3 to shear. the result was smoke coming from the engine, lost of power (due to the lost of backpressure), and water flooding the inside of the ski. this has happened about 3 times (ive owned the ski for 8 years).

check that out and make sure all the bolts are good and tight, and the gasket isnt broken either. also after you have it drained out, take the seat off and run it to see if you can spot where the water is coming from.

hope this helps.
