I was checking my Hive Myspace page and this company/group of dudes left this video.... I don't know what to think about it..

But it could be the future of snowskiing and snowboarding if the Ozone layer goes away...

its just skim boarding in a half pipe with obstacles... its sick , but i wouldn't call it a new sport.

the skiing just looked dumb... it seems like u cant really get alotta speed.. bit be sick if they built a halfpipe where you could go back and forth like on a skateboard.

very interesting, skimming yes, but definitely a different kind of skimming. the skiing didn't look great with the lack of speed, but maybe someone will come up with a way for it to work (I dont know maybe more water pressure or something).

Seems about the same. Not necessarily my favorite sport, but I don't see any improvement in what Skim X is adding. The trick at 2:35 in this video takes some cajones though.
