WW: What's your name and where are you from? AG: My name is Alex Galazka, I live in sunny (well most of the time when there’s no hurricane) West Palm Beach Florida.
WW: How often do you ride?
AG: I try to ride as much as possible, I go on my boat as much as possible, and on my friends whenever im invited. During summer I ride atleast 3-4 times a week and during school I ride after when there isn’t sewage in the water (Frances) and when I don’t have homework.
WW: With whom do you usually ride?
AG: I ride a lot with my neighbor who introduced me to wakeskating. I ride with alotta kids from around my town that I skateboard with and hang out with. And some I go to school with.
WW: Are you working on any new tricks right now?
AG: Well, I just landed my first 360 shuv last weekend, now ima aimed on getting that constant and im really going to work on some lip tricks, 270 shuv out and shuv to lipslide.
new stuff on rails and trying to get a flip trick.
WW: Which tricks are the most difficult for you?
AG: im going to have to say flip tricks, I cant even flip the board yet Very Happy
WW: What are some tricks that come easy for you? AG: I have a backround in skateboarding, so shuv its came pretty easy to me.
WW: And which tricks do you find the most fun to do?
AG: Simple Lip slides, shuvs, and w2w jumpz.
WW: Are you working on any tricks that nobody else has landed?
AG: No, right now I just wanna get those lip tricks down b4 I start trying to stick some new tricks.
WW: Do you skate? Is that your background?
AG: I have been skating for a few years now, I really love the sport and I think that’s y im so into wakeskating.
WW: When and how did you get into wakeskating?
AG: This summer i wakeboarded obsessively, like every weekend. Then me and my friend borrowed this kids old beat up cassette. So we went out and I thought it was awesome, landed a shuv 1st day, my other friend took me and then I was hooked. A week later I quit wakeboarding and now I am totally set on wakeskating.
WW: When you started wakeskating, how long after did you start competing on the tour or local tour?
AG: Ya I don’t think ima be competing any time soon, I personally don’t really want to I just wanna go out and have fun, if I ever get really good ill think about competing in spare time.
WW: What would you like to accomplish with your wakeskating career five years from now?
AG: Like I just mentioned, I don’t really have interest in competing. I just want to go out and have fun with my friends.
WW: Do you ride with or without Fins?
AG: I wanted to add this question because I wanna see how many people are and aren’t using fins… I do.
