I actually like little washed over wakes A LOT more for inside-out stuff. Feels more like skating a curb cut than a swell.
I've ridden a fully weighted 2005 Calabria wake, insanely big wake. w2w's feel a lot bigger and smoother. _________________

i rode behind this exact boat
2004 malibu XTI 23, with wedge down and ballasts, and the wake was seriously at my hip. absolutely monsterous. the only thing is that its super wide, so in order to w2w you have to seriously giv'r as hard as you possibly can. you'd have to go a LOT faster to skinny the wake up. we were riding at like 21 and it was a HUGE gap. _________________ www.sattelyte.com

| i am used to a medium sized wake and i think its perfect for wakeskating. i ride a master craft 205 and a air. when i ride behind fully waited boats its a lot harder to do stuff on especially when ur not used to it. |

big but it has to be clean...and w2w isnt really that hard behind a boat with massive wakes....you just gotta get used to it. my favorite boat for w2w is a tie between my friends 216 nautique (with close to 2000 lbs of fatsacks) and an X-9 with the same ballast. _________________ R.I.P.
