Can't get a hold of New wakeskates?

I tried calling and emailing a bunch of times with questions about the custom graphic, but never got any responses. I'm getting a Pasura 38 for my brother as a Christmas present. After waiting a while for responses I decided to just order it on the 19th. I know it's too late to get it on time, but that's no big deal. I just want it relatively soon-ish. Now, checking my account it still just says "payment received" as the status. I'm kind of weary that it won't ship for a while, because if no one is there to answer the phone or emails, they can't ship it either. Anyone know what's going on down there at all?

zerospinskier, weird, i sent them an e-mail a couple of weeks ago and got a response the next day. Mabye they're busy.
