Now I have to say.. on the way to the lake I started to doubt the board. I was terrified that it was not going to meet the hype that I had learned to know about the board.
I apologize sincerely that I ever doubted Integrity.
The moment I danced on the water with Integrity I knew it had delivered the hype and even more.
The board was absolutely perfect. I cannot keep it out of my mind. I find myself a lot saying "its just a board, its just a board". But its not. Its passion I now ride on, thanks to you. I look forward to purchasing more boards from Integrity, and you now have a costumer for life.

I never knew your disappointments... till I decided to check this forum... I've been so slammed it's a luxury to have a few minutes to spend here. I'm sorry you are disapointed, it seriously bothers me to know your upset. Just please understand, I was a one man operation to keep costs down and keep the dream alive. Your Pre-orders pay for the materials then it gets made, we never had 10's of thousand$ to leverage mass quantities of materials or even a minute to catch our breath or catch up to orders since the demand was way over any projection we had. Also we couldn't afford to have full time employees. I had one guy who helped out part time and his pay was in wakeskate sessions. We don't have special customer service line dedicated to customers cause we never needed it or someone to run it. Derek my partner helps me out 1 day a week... and he does a kick ass job keeping up with sales and lending a hand in day to day operations when he can. Derek has a full time job... Integrity is mine, and I don't make a dime doing this... yet. It's all sweat equity... and believing in the dream that it will all pay off one day.
I have talked to Derek and he has informed me certain people have been contacted and remedied with extras/free shirts/sticker/swag... etc. People have been updated when inquires of their order status come in. If this wait is unacceptable to you you are free to cancel your order... I'm sorry we couldn't build them faster this summer!!! we were in a 3 car garage with maybe 500 square feet. Doing my best 12+ hours a day 7 days a week.
Since the moment we got back from surf expo in September and seeing all the orders and demand we received... Derek and I decided now was the time to jump and move our facility from that car garage to an actual location with 3,000+ square feet... This is just now allowing us to build better products in a more timely manner and store bulk materials to go into a real production setting. Our new presses are built and materials are in stock and orders are going out... It did take us a good month + to finally get here to this new factory and in a position to grow the brand... 5 years of blood, sweat, and tears and very low capital/profit into a real production setting... something I have been striving for since the original Mutiny Wakeboards in 1997.
We are finally ready to bang out some sold numbers with 3 presses now instead of just one... and all the proper machinery to do it on a serious level. and 2-3 new employees... Up in till OCTOBER we were hobbyists. Now... we are a legitimate manufacturer with a loan from a bank to take this whole thing to a new level.
Great things are happening to Integrity Wake right now even when the economy is looking so bleak. This summer will be plenty of product ready to ship the same day the order comes in... and we will be available in select stores.
We are honestly going as fast as we can and keeping it real for the right reasons. It just isn't going to happen over night... it takes time/money and lots of love to build an Integrity wakeskate... and now we can spread the love faster... Sorry it's taking 5 years to get to this point, but it wouldn't mean the same or stand for shizzle without the struggle along the way. |

to clear up my previous posts I am fine with the wait I have ridden an integrity and know it is worth it.I just keep getting questioned by my dad. he is still sketchy on ordering online If I don't know the answer I come here to ask the question again erich does an awsome job with building the best wakeskate out there

I will respond. Also- I've talked to many of you over the phone and thought that our situation was well explained. I think since then Erich has cleared that up in his recent posts. Bottom line is that we went through some growing pains recently, but in an effort to get better and to be able to better serve, and more quickly serve our customers. Thanks to all of you that support us even through some of these delays. The new factory is up and running and I have a whole pile of boards going out today and the balance of waiting orders to go out through the rest of this week. Long waits should be a thing of the past.
Again- sorry for any disappointments. We do realize that you supporters of Integrity is what its all about. We're doing our best and getting better. Please contact me directly with any other questions or concerns. I'm trying hard to keep all of this off of Erichs plate. He has his hands pretty full already and we are ALL better served when he is in the factory creating.......

everyone, seriously, get off their dick, you've read threads about how long a board can take to arrive, you knew it would take a while probably before you even ordered it, quit bitching. it isnt like you were forced into buying one.
you've also seen responses of people's reactions when they've recieved and shredded their new skate, i have yet to hear a negative comment from anyone who has recieved one.
it took mine a while to get here to but it didnt stop me from riding, when it did get here though and i rode it it instantly felt like the perfect skate under my feet.
so moral of the story being, stop making threads with this bulljive, they are doing their best

bob., yeah cuz somehow you had a "lucky click" on those pre-orders back in feb! haha. i remember how steven stayed home that night and was sooo bummed when he didnt get one. Integ took care of him with the next batch, no worries.

hahaha, i also find it funny that all you lil jits act like this board(WAKESKATE) is some kind of special order Ferrari. Its a fvcking wakeskate. I guess the overhead is a little to high huh? Hopefully once they start making stock this won't be a future trouble. It shouldn't take this long to produce.
These days a lot of small business are having major financial troubles, hopefully Integrity isn't one of them and yall will get your boards. |

No financial trouble here- just a supply and demand thing. Investing into a new factory and ramping up production isn't a sign of troubled times. You'll all be getting your boards and future buyers won't be having to wait. Thanks for the Ferrari comparison- I appreciate that....
