eviltweak, They are holes, meaning no grip tape there, so you can't take them off, if nothing is there. My suggestion is to just get some other grip and cut out some to fit on the holes.

i took mine off. to take them off get a ruler and cut a straight line across the tape. i wish they sold their grip in one big sheet. then you could do what you want, but the ends would still be perfectly fit.

eviltweak, those 3 holes are more than likley there for the die cut. The grip tape is cut to perfect size for the deck. You can leave them or as mojo said cut them out with a straight edge.
I removed them. The actual size of the grip is rather large and it will cover up the center of the board where it reads "Integrity". Riders choice for sure. I will get pics up tonight of the grip job, some will like it Shocked and some will say Rolling Eyes

my grip came with the dots perforated around all three so you popped them out with your finger if you didn't want them or you just left them on.

i was a much earlier order though and i noticed the griptape changed

Heavy as in added weight? Not at all, foam weighs very little.

Buy it, rides good but it is a little light. I think its a great board. My wife rides the D80. I was riding the Impala until the Integ's showed up. Its cool to ride different decks, so amazing how they react differently on water and I am not that good at skating. You can sure tell the difference though.
