Blackwater International, is currently working on contracts to run security for cargo ships transiting thru that region... because the US Navy, and other navies can't dedicate all their time to running security for civilian ships.... we got enough crap goin on right now.
if you don't know what blackwater is, then findout... those guys don't mess around. we had a couple guys run security for us while we were in Africa... (they were in the process of getting hired by blackwater)
