Ok well i kinda feel that a composite board will last way longer than a wood board on rails, rails, ledges, etc.....

what wood boards out there can take a beating???

Sattelytes are extremely tough. Great shapes and very strong construction. the pbt is tough. I put mine through hell.
Oaks are also very strong boards, but i prefer to have a pbt base for sliding.
I saw Rau's devotid concave and it looked very beefy.
I keep hearing about how News are so strong, but ive heard of and seen too many broken ones to say they are the most durable decks. but then again all boards break.

Here is a pic of my 07 Sattelyte Engen. I rode it behind the boat for a full year, then 3 of us used it at the rail pond for a full year. The PBT was wearing and the grip needed replacing, so I decided to strip it completely down and I was amazed at how well it has held up.

Thinking about doing a custom graphic, or maybe trade for a decent bilevel of some sort.

I've heard from a lot of people that Sattelyte's are the most durable but I've also heard a lot of people that prefer New and Oak over Sattelyte So F it who knows as far as I'm concerned as long as you get a quality skate from a stand up company that will stand behind the products they sell and IMO those companies are New, Oak, Sattelyte, Devotid, Integ, you shouldn't have any worries Wink

Speaking of which ERA and Windsor FTW ? ? ?
