why do my fingers and toes tingle whenever I crack my neck or back ?

Le Jalapeno, yeah, seriously. I would go see a doctor and theyll fix it. Therapy, maybe a few adjustments from the chiropractor.

I hear nick knows gypsy magic, and with a wave of his hand i think he could fix it.

stupid doctors, there is obviously something going on

Le Jalapeno, MRI, CT, X-Ray. second opinion.

i broke my neck last summer... i'm now told that i'm not permitted to transport Bombs at work due to lack of "range of Motion" in my neck. Caused by bulged discs at C5-C6, and C6-C7.. i have problems sleeping at night, because of neck pain.. i've had Cortizone injections in my spine. (no help), and i do physical therapy where they stretch my neck with constant weight (35lbs) while heating it..

and they CONSTANTLY ask me if i have any "radiating pain".. it's a big deal. DO NOT LET IT GO, until you've got answers. this is very dangerous.

also, watch your posture.. seriously, if you slouch your gonna make it a LOT worse.... painfully worse.

t-rex, wow i have the same exact thing as you, only i have degenerative discs on top of everything. I went to therapy at this really good place down here for a few months and everything went away, he showed me stretchs work outs etc to do. Everything went away, even my back pain, now that football is back my neck and back are going back to they way they were before, it sucks.

I have the neck and back of a 50 year old, sweet...

EJazzle, i feel your pain bro!! that sucks!! congrats on getting rid of the pain!! i'm jealous, i don't have the degenerative discs.... no, instead i have degenerative arthitis in my right hip.... so running hurts.. Smash

t-rex, i was so happy when it was gone, i know what its like not being able to turn your head. Its comin back now and my parents dont have the $$ for therapy right now. so im doing all of the therapy stuff i can remeber. Sorry to hear about your hip. My knees are FUBAR, i dont have miniscus' anymore Shocked
