Maybe some one would be willing to do it if you offered more.

199(phone) +30(activation fee.) +175(early termination fee) +60(first months service)= $465 without taking anything else into account.

That's how much it costs to free up an iPhone in the US, I doubt many are willing to lose much cash to do that. Just an observation, I wrote this post on my iPhone.

if you already have cingular then you dont have to pay the early termanation fee cingular ftw

I know when you renew your contract at rogers they are $285. The sales guy was telling me that apple bought their rights to their phones, so they are actually the ones who set the prices, not the stores. Which is unique, no other phone company has done this. just a lil fyi
