Anyone ever ride one of these boards? I didn't even know they had a skate.

the boards they had at the expo were wood concaves with pbt (I would have to verify the PBT). Interesting boards...

lumpy pants, Their winch price compared to others is not exactly outrageous. Yeah it's a little above average but it's a good winch.

I really have always wanted to try the boards. They look fun.

they always made composite boards that unfortanately never worked and i always thought were crap. these are all new, wood concave with a pbt bottom, i personaly dont like the concave or the design but who knows till you ride it.

the winches however are legit, hydralic hand brakes, come with a rope and handle. 2600. its alot but its really well done now

The new wood skates are legit! The rocker is fantastic and has tons of pop! My roommate has been on one of the new wood 42" all summer and is really into the shape and has put it through the ringer trying to break it and it wont! The cool part is Adam makes them, not some sweat shop! His old composite skates did come apart after a season but the shape was there. And his winch...hands down the best! That guy is a craftsman!

i have ridden with adam a few times on lake spivey and the new wood concaves are legit, my buddy has been ridding them all summer he loves them! pretty much everyone that wakeskates on spivey rides a distortion, but i have yet to skate one, i always stick with my integ, but they seem to hold up alot better than the composites and ride alot better too,

Beaver is my roommate.
His real name is Matt Riesgraf.

He has been working with Adam the owner of Distortion on their new skate and they are rocking!! I would compare it to the quality of NEW or Oak. The rocker shape is fantastic!
