is there any difference between the grinch and the snow grinch besides the paint? i cant find anything http://www.distortionboarding.com/default.asp?page=winches

yeah, i didn't think about that but there is less drag on it so the ratio prolly is diffrent

the difference was suppose to be different gear ratios... its obvious they just copied the specs to both winches... i have no idea if they ever did actually change the gear ratios though... either way it should work fine in any of those environments

I'm wondering what kind of ratio would be good for the winter. I'm thinking about takin my winch with me when I move back out the co for the winter.

Ive seen the winter grinch pull in videos I just cant find it.it worked with wakeskates
