So I'm about to start building a winch, and was looking at a TAV2 for sale...
It says its a 3/4" bore and comes with a #35 or #40/41 sprocket????
Is this the right one for a 6.5 hp engine?
Also how many teeth are on those sprockets? _________________ The Snawzzberries taste like Snawzzberries... |

Depends on the shaft of your engine. What size is it..if its an inch then your gonna want the inch bore tav2 if its 3/4 then your gonna want the 3/4 tav2.
The Tav2 has a 12 tooth sprocket, for a #35 chain. Your gonna need to buy another additional sprocket perferbly 60 tooth. |

| hey LODI: you dont think 60 is too small?? im still new too so dont jump down my throat or anything. when i was doing my info gathering before i built mine, i saw that alot of people was using around the 68 to 70 tooth. ive got several different sizes to play with. i just like to have a base to start with. |
