its 4mm thick and has a lifiting weight of 250kg. its only like 30u.s. dollars. i know i just reminded myself not to buy cheap rope, but this stuff looks like climbing rope or stuff used in boating. they have all kind of examples of different sizes. wanted it thin but strong. i guess its worth a shot. better than waiting until dec. to buy some in the states. what-cha think??

I think I read somewhere that your rope strength should be at least 1000 lbs so that stuff would be a little on the little side. for $30 dollars though it's probably better than no rope.
you want non strech rope. look for 7/64th amsteel. It comes on 600ft spools. Call up sailing supply stores in your area. _________________ integrity-wake.com | chriscut.com
thanks guys. i know i need non stretch. trying to find it is the problem. but now that you say check sailing stores,.............................i think theres one down the road at the other beach. is "amsteel" like the given name for this stuff?? so if i call it that it will ring a bell to them?? just curious.
