How long have you been wakeskating?

I'm just curious how long all of you have been wakeskating, and what your most difficult trick is?

I progress really slow IMO. I started this season (1-4 times a week) and my list consists of:
i/o fs 180
fs shuv
boardslide? 90 off
surface 360 (lol)

the first time i rode a wakeskate i was 9, but i really started to get into it a year ago. My best trick is doing my homework while wakeskating.

I started riding in April of this year, so about 4 months ago.

I can do:

i/o ollie
i/o fs 180 nose grab ts and hs
i/o bs 180
i/o shuv hs only

ollie on flats
bs shuv on flats hs and ts
90 shuv on
fs 90 shuv out (landed only once)
body varial
bs 180 on the flats hs only
fs 180 on the flats hs and ts

I guess you can say I progress faster than the average rider, but I am a perfectionist and I am good at everything I have ever done.

I am not cocky, I am just a realist and I really am good at everything I have ever done.

gporter, thats how my buddy is..he used to race mx and kicked ass..started wakeboarding and is easily the best out of all my friends..and the first day i had my skate he decided to 'try it out' and went wake to wake 1st try.. Crying or Very sad

BillyOLDS, No, i'm seriously not cocky at all dude. I know it seems like I am cuz its the internet and everybody here has the mindset that somebody is out to get them, but I seriously just ride for fun dude and not trying to go like pro or nothing.

BillyOLDS, Not like a cocky statement, just a true statement. I played competetive sports growing up, was always really effing good, except for football, too small.

I played video games on a competitive level (halo 2), and was really really good, and I just recently picked up wakeskating, but I don't take it near as serious as I did everything else because it's not a competitive sport, but rather a stokalicious sport!

I get what your saying though, my original post did come off a bit like lil wayne or something.

most shuv variations on and off lip
most shuv variations in flats
trying to do a bigspin
w2w 180s
workin on kickys
came close to heelflip once but then took a faceplant Rolling Eyes

Yeah I've been wakeskating before they made wakeskate, you have to ride a wakeboard with snowboard stomp pads or grip tape!!!

um, After I watched Scott in Mayday! Thats when I made my first wakeskate... a 134 waketech flight 69!!!

It was Balla-rifict!!!
