There are literally TONS of plug-ins/add-ons for Firefox. Some of the ones I use are an ad blocker that blocks the ads in message boards and websites from showing up, an EXIF viewer for online photos, the different tabs are colored so I can see which one I'm looking at, I can view pdf documents right in the browser, and I have a plug-in that searches the internet for all of my images based on what they look like (so if someone posts one of my pics on another message board I'll know about it). There's also stuff that optimizes performance and blocks out adware/malware (though right out of the box there's less of it than IE).

download it and check it out.

I recommend it. You can get pretty sick themes for it and what not, it's WAY safer than IE and some say it's faster too.

Why is it "safer" then IE? i just recently switched from fire fox which i used for like 2 years, and now im using IE 7, really not much differnce to me at least. I mean ya u cant really customize IE as much, but functions about the same. Both are good. i cant decided which to stick too. lol Birthday
