I bought an 08 gator mcguckin, and the harware they gave me is like 1/4 inch too short so it doesn't even go through the board. If I cry to gator will they give me new hardware?

What a stoke killer.

Bought it from a shop but the hardware was in the plastic so it was from gator, the grip tape was also messed.

i heard someone say they got a a mcguckin and it was 16 plys and their friends was 19 plys so that might be part of your problem

i had my Dpop break and a friend called gator and they shipped me a new set of hardware in a little plastic baggie and a bunch of gator stickers
just call them..

Hanlon99, there are 2 different size screws. Are you putting the shorter bolts in the inside holes?

Anchors Away, I tried doing both switching them around and everything, only one fits on the main fins.

i had the same probelm with one of my boards, but i just bought two new screws, it costed like $1.50 or somethign

Yeah, I have gone through ever bolt, for the small find and the big fins, the only fins I could get on was one of the small ones and I had to use both of the longest screws from the center fins.
