3ccd Camera opinions

Looking to buy a legit 3ccd camera for around 1000 dollars. I was really thinking about buying ejazzles and still might be after talking to my friends who are really into filming were not to crazy about the built in hard drive.

So im looking at the Used Cannon GL1 possibly maybe a low end sony vx. I dont know what do you guys think

I really want to take my filming and editing to the next level and some day in the future creating legit movies for all of you. I love filming and Wakeskating Soooo sounds like a good match

gporter, but the cam quality and editing execution kinda play on the name

i wouldn't want to loose the one thing that connected my name to my films

sony vx's are your best bang for buck. check craigslist and be careful buying used.

Ejazzles Cam is sick. Hard drives are way easier imo because tapes are a pain in the ass. plus you get that sick underwater housing with it which is 1500 alone. I say go with ejazzles.

you could get a low end HD camera with pretty crazy frame rates for around 1000.

If you have 1000 bucks to spend chickity china the chinese chicken 3ccd.

im buying a macbook for editing and then im pry going to just try to scoop up ejs camera for the underwater housing so i can film on tube and other shots. but in the next couple months im going to get a legit HD camera for filming chase and other crap

ah ghettofab productions isnt going to be ghetto anymore

DirtyCracker, HD is a lot more expensive. but you have a lot of great options for 3 chip cameras that are not HD. the Sony Vx 1000 is used by most skateboard filmers and it really is a great camera. i am sure you could get a used Vx2000 for $1000 if you look on ebay. i have seen some canon GL2's for 600.

Andrew MassIVE, well im about to pay my jetski off and im going to just finance a Legit HD Camera cause i want to make a legit video.

Cyclone268, work son work. im be financing most of it and just paying the minumum payment till i can get a video together to sell to pay it all off. oh and im be using final cut pro after i get the hd camera.
