I got to try this board at the Hyperlite demo and really didn't like it. Couldn't really feel the board under my feet because of the foam, I also felt like a 116 is way too long.

FreshwaterFTW, the SST is a bi-level with all grip and its a Liquid Force board. Not a hyperlite. You rode a catalyst.

today when i was riding i saw a little kid on a dock. i fell about 100 ft away from him but when i looked up and saw him carrying a wakeskate. my girlfriend turned off my jetski and yelled "that little kid is carrying a wakeskate, thats so cute."(i then proceeded to walk on water jesus style over to the jetski so i could bitchslap the shizzle out of her( with even more jesus style) for turning off my jetski to utter the word cute to me). well anyways, i noticed that the kid was carrying an 03 hyperlite 116 catalyst, and i thought "pmg,, that bord is lyke 5o 5h177y, 1 5h0u1d 61v3 h1m 0ne 0f my b0rd5." but then i realized that the only board i own worthy of giving to him was an 06 39 tnt. i paused and thought for a second how the image of me giving him such an epic board would be movie worthy, until i realized that little beach wouldn't even realize the value of that board. he was only like 8, way to young to play on the internet. that means he would never read wakeskating dot com and realize the true value of a like mint 06 limited edition TnT 39 that might have actually been touched by the real Nick Taylor himself(i dont remember),(make me an offer, seriously, i might consider). i thought all of this as the rope became tight, i then proceeded to think "f*ck that kid, i wanna bust a big ass back 180 off the start up wake," which i did.

moral of the story : yes hyperlite blows, but not enough for me to do any more then post on a message board about it.

Oh, weird I thought it was a Hyperlite. Maybe it was just a new one because it was a demo? What are your guy's thought on the zariel?
