back injuries are the worst. It hurts to do pretty much everything cause almost every major movement requires your back. Had major issues with my back and neck in junior high, i could hardly walk or not walk at all for quite awhile. Whats even worse is everyone askin why your walkin like you just took a crap in your pants, blows for sure. Sad

i ruptured a disk in my lower back playing lacrosse my freshmen year. I had so much pain i couldn't do anything. The weirdest thing was i had the worst pain in my legs cause the docotor said it was pinching a nerve or something in my back. They didnt operate cause i was still young but i went to the chiropractor for 4months once a week. Still its messed up but doesn't hurt much anymore.

i f i go without doing anything active for a month or so, my Ciatica(sp?) nerve in my lower back starts sending shooting pains down both legs.

DirtyCracker, same thing happened to me except it was my neck and my head was literally pinned to my right shoulder, couldnt move at all without some sort of excruciating pain. Most pain ive ever been in.

i fractured two of the vertebrae in my lower-middle back, not sure which exact ones yet, i have to go see an orthopedic surgeon tomorrow. i can still walk and everything, i'm just in a good bit of pain constantly. i'll post the video of it once i upload it.

I had the same thing as bad luck a vertebrate in my lower back had a stress fracture that eventually cracked all the way thru senior year of highschool. took 4 months after surgery but its all gravy now
