So right now canalskater, fryee, and I are driving to NorCal. We're driving a silver '07 4x4 tacoma with a super air nautique on I-10 as I type. thanks verizon wireless card! haha

background: I left from Miami on Saturday at 7pm to head up to Boca Raton. After chillin there and saying some goodbyes I drove to AlexXx's and stayed with him in Tequesta. He was king enough to wake my up after we got about 6hrs of sleep for a morning set on his river. Good times for sure. I left Jupiter and went to pick up canalskater and frye from orlando.

anyway we're almost to tallahasse on our way to texas. we'll keep you updated

yeah i mean its a short drive really. texas is almost cali aqnd we're 700 miles from austin. sry my first post was fail, i was falling asleep. it's a long drive fersher, we're 50 miles to pensacola, almost outta gas.

we're riding at TSR, possibly havasu but looking like maybe socal instead, then to the dirty D!

ollieshuvitz, yeah but Texas is Texas and SoCal to NorCal is about 9 hours so ya'll have one hell of a drive still ahead of ya. At least you're breaking up the trip with stops along the way. Hope you guys don't have any chron with ya when you get into Cal because that agriculture check can be hella sketch. Just a heads up, done that drive many times.

LFArmada, nah we'll probably be on 10 or more likely on 40 into Cali. Yuma is WAYYY south huh? not far from mexicali? (thanks google)

BillyOLDS, it's not so much checking for buds but they do have the dogs there. They have ag checks going into Cal from all points of entry. I think it's mainly because they don't want any foreign ag products coming in( fruits, veggies, etc.) because if some foreign parisites or bugs got in there it could destroy their main industry which is farming believe it or not. They stop everybody to ask if they have any of that stuff and if they sense your acting suspicious they do have the drug dogs there. I've been through them quite a few times and never had any problems but do know people that have. Luckily they didn't have anything but still.

yeah. you get to yuma if you go on the 8 like your going to san diego. And trust me your not missing anything by skipping yuma.

The one good thing you do get to see when you take the 8 in is these signs between Oceanside and San Clemente, hahaha

feelnjstfine, The ones that make me laugh are the ones that say "Prohibitar" under it telling americans to watch out for running mexicans and telling running mexicans not to run across a busy freeway.

LFArmada, I just love the little kid flying through the air. Even when I lived in San Clemente I'd laugh every time I saw them.
