Yea so I know what they are, and can't really seem to do them. I always seem to shuv the board when trying to fs 180 in the air and just fall. Is it easier to do on the lip?

Like say, backside lipslide and then body varial out. I would love to be able to throw this whenever I want, because it looks like a fun trick. Maybe I'll just try it more when I go out next, but some help on here would help.

Thanks a bunch Exclamation

It's just like a front 180 except focus on pulling your feet up more to keep them off the board.

take your front foot off after your back foot, thats how i do it. it keeps the board from spinning.

I was just going to say what bob said--jump off of your front foot. that should also help with popping and keeping the board underneath you. once you learn them in the flats, doing a body varial out of a lipslide variation will be cake. I did those accidentally when I was first learning my front board, shuv out and back lip shuv out variations.
