Heat gun from a skate shop would be better but a hair dryer will work. Hold it really close to the foam and move it slow. Make sure it's super hot before you go at it or else it'll piece off. _________________ Turn off your mind, relax, and float down stream...... |

Got the grip off and went to the skate shop where a guy who had never seen a wakeskate before gripped it. Took 3 sheets.
It looks oh so good now. Can't wait to give it a try in a bit. _________________ wake____ing=love/life |

| I have just left it out in the sun for a bit and it peels right off....they have a tape that is between the eva and the board you need to pull that up and not just the foam... |

Step 1: Dig hole
Step 2: Toss Catalyst in
Step 3: Fill in hole
Step 4: Get a real board.. that POS is killing you and you don't even know it
Problem solved! |

Got it regripped and rode it today. The grip job isn't great, but considering the guy at the skate shop had never gripped a wakeskate before, and he did it for free, i'm not complaining. I wouldn't have done any better.
I liked the way it rode a lot more. For where i am wakeskating right now, which is one set for every 3 wakeboard sets, i'm completely cool with this board. _________________ wake____ing=love/life |
