RedBull withdrawal....

Ok so I used to ride 6 days a week and every time we would ride we would get RedBulls. So I would drink about 6-10 Bulls a week. Well my buddy moved and haven't riden in a week, thus no redbull......and as of yesterday morning, day 3.....I started in with a really bad sinus, drain and sneezing and coughing etc.... I thought I was getting sick....But beyond that I was fine. so I went all day miserable....and all day today day 4-5. I finally got enough gumption to get off my couch and get a redbull......Instantly it was gone. all the coughing sneezing runny nose, just gone.

Im not entirely sure it was caffiene itself though....Maybe the taaurine or the mass amounts of vitamin whatever. I used to drink coffee on a regular basis and and when I wuit dring that iwould get the caffeine headache, not the sneezing running nose etc.....But def something in there my bod was lackin....

I'd get off of it personally. It'll be rough, but that shizzle isn't good for you in mass amounts. I'll have one or two sometimes when i ride, but not more than 2 a week.

Remember that drink that was around very briefly called Cocaine? that stuff was reallllllly potent. Like RedBull on Crack......Didnt some mom get it banned cuz of the name? I remember seeing the product bus in Ybor some time ago....its been a while though. It was like Coke when they really did put Cocaine in it way back in the day
