i dont think that would be considered a ollie south. not to be a arse but a ollie south would be sucked up and then kickd down pulling your back foot up then stomping kinda like oury norths. that looks more like a grabless beninhhana just by the way he kicks his foot out

damn stacy your close, its super easy to do that w2w when you lift your back foot up off the board, ive tried a few and am kinda close but im doing them in out.

the easiest way ive kinda thought to do them is to initiate a poke in out because if you already know how to roll your back ankle while bringing the board up, you just dont use all your effort to push it infront of you. its like when your board leaves the water and is coming up and beginning to level off, let the board come up and right before you push it forward (as if you were doing a poke) your foot is in the perfect position to roll and flick your toes right off the tail and thus snappin the tail back down,

its not like a benihana because you take your foot off the board and grab it as your going up and the trick starts as you leave the water, not in mid air. so thats the only way i cant explain the differences, im getin close to a flicked one cus i like doing right imo, the flick on Ollie norths or so obsessive and i want them down south Texas Style Cool
