I've seen a couple of rafts wash up around mel. beach. at least they had the X's on them to show that the raft had been caught by the coast guard

price.dan, yeah the handle hit it at like 20mph and it bent but i just put a towel on the spool and hit it with a rubber mallet a couple times and it went back to normal
