2009 Hyperlite Catalyst 110

ARRIVING IN MID JULY!! TAKING ORDERS NOW!!!

Brian Grubb's domination of the Pro Wake scene is unmatched. His big technical style continues to drop jaws wherever he goes and rides.
For 2009, Brian worked with Butch to come up with two totally new shapes and sizes. 110cm featuring updated concaves and bottom designs.

Boards scheduled to arrive late December!

They are probly making less and less wakeskates because of the economy they probly wanna do pre-orders so they know exactly how many to make... or a general idea so they dont end up with a shizzle ton to many.

that's probably not next years shape just the graphics on this years. The catalyst seems like a tough sell. People either like wakeskates with foam so they can ride barefoot or grip so it performs better. You won't be able to sell the skate to either groups of people. It will be even harder to sell the 08s now seeing as customers know a new and improved shape will be ocming around in december or July???

Whats the deal? I got my 2008 Catalyst a couple of months ago when they came to buywake, and now there is already an 09??? What happened here and what am I missing?

Ok so I thought I would try to clear up a few things… the reason that there is already a pre order listing for the 09 Grubb skates is because the 08 Skates just came to the US at the end of April... It took them a super long time to finally get them produced which cause some of the dealers not to buy any... So to make sure the skate will be out in good time for 09 they are probably bringing in a few 09s instead of mass producing 08s half way through the season...

uidzero, The photo used is for graphic purposes only, the top deck couldn’t look any more different then it really is... So actually since 05, the board has come a long way...
