Verge update (overdue)

Its been a while since Ive posted an update, but weve been doing a lot of work and I thought I'd let you know whats going down.

First of all, we are going to have a new bi-level for 2008, totally re-designed: new shape, new graphic, new everything. As we get closer to the time when they are going to be ready, Ill post more info and pics, but as of right now thats about all I can say. We will not be making the boards our self this year due to the fact of how hard it is to mass produce them, even on a small scale. I do not regret, however, building boards myself for a while becuased I learned so much and I am deffinitely putting all of that knowledge into these new skates.

Our site has also been updated and redesigned. The only side page working right now is the product page. On it we put up the last of the 07 bi-levels for sale at a discounted price. Check it out:

And heres a little preview for the graphics on the upcoming 08 bi-level. Its not finalized, but any comments or changes you might want to see would be a great help.

Glad to see some new wakeskate companies emerging..kind of reminds me of the hyperlite style

McLOVIN, A manufacturer in the US, made in the USA FTW.

mck'n'shuvit we've been around a year or two, but very small of course...glad you like it though. These new skates will be like no other

Got a couple of alternative colors going for the graphic. Which one out of the three do you guys like best?
O yea the new skate this year is going to be called the nexus. Figured we should change the name if we were changing the overall design.

Also we will be looking for another team rider or two really soon, like it says on our homepage. If your interested shoot us a pm or e-mail with some footy and info about yourself.

08 lineup update: Graphics are being tweaked a little before being printed very soon. Also, board production will be underway as soon as the protos are done being tested and refined.

We also have a few 07 Bis with the blank dura-surf base on sale for super cheap on the new-ish website ( vergewakeskates.com ). Check it out.

yeh, I personally love the way they feel out on the water. The new board is going to have a slightly different kicktail setup as well as more concave. And yea, im feeling the green one more as well.

Still on the hunt for a new team rider. We have had a good amount of interest so far, and are currently looking over everyone who sent footy/info. If anyone else is interested, or anyone has new stuff to show, feel free to shoot us a msg.

Also, the 08 bis are coming along good, hopefully I can get some good pics in the next few weeks, but these things are going to be fresh, trust me.

what are the specs on the 08 bi's... aside frome 40.5 in., 12 lbs, and 15 in. wide... like rocker type/size, how many plys???

final specs are still being tweaked, but once everythings done, all of the info will be on the website. Shouldnt be too long till they are ready.
