I seem to loose control over the board when moving my feet which normally causes a fall. What is the best way to move them around. Front foot first? Heal or toe first? What should my body position be?

just scoot your feet around. if you have a foam top its harder because it is really sticky so you have to pick up your feet a little.
grip FTW!

you don't pick them up off the deck, just shuffle them into position. usually at the same time or even i think i might do front foot first.

On this subject, love the way Danny's song goes with his foot adjustment towards the end of *

As for how to do it, the more you get out...the more comfortable you are going to be on your deck. It'll be much less of an issue after a couple times out. Concentrate on being over the board when you start to shift your feet and have a good, steady grip on the handle. Holding the handle with one hand may make it easier as well.?.

Just practice this, and don't ask questions.
Next time out on the water you wont even think about it =).

just do a little pop where the board does not come off the water and move your feet around when there is no pressure on your feet.
