we've had a lot of people contacting us about the new concaves and thought i would start an official thread with the OFFICIAL info.

The new concaves are being built in the dungeon of squish as i type. the final stats on the movement V2 (beta edition) are listed below. we tweaked a few last minute things and its ready to go.

Fully enclosed Wood/Foam core
rock hard re-shapable edges
full bilevel depth concave
PBT graphic base
2"inches of 3 stage rocker

239.00 pre-order price with free set of skate bumps. $20 shipping.
When we release them at surf expo they will be about $280-290 retail.

We are doing a limited run of about 30 units at first. These pre-orders will allow a small company like us to acquire the needed materials in larger quantities to save us all money.

if you would like to purchase one please email me (kevin@devotid.com) and i will send you a bill which you can pay any way that you would like. you will then be issued a receipt. thats it and your on the list.

As of right now(6-01-2008) lead time after you pay will be about 2.5 -3 weeks and you'll be riding. The more orders we get obviously the more time we will need. We are building them as quick as the epoxy lets us.

stoked on your new board. was gnna buy an oak but i do a lot of sliding and was worried bout the bottom getting shredded. i was wondering why they stopped using the pbt base and some1 said that it was'nt holding on the bottom good enough and falling off. what's up with urs u think u got that prob lickd? cause i want ur ride 4 the reason of the base

what does wood/foam core mean??? where is there wood and where is there foam?

The top of the board is a one piece of wood. a top deck of the bilevel the rest of the board is molded foam and epoxy rails and everything else. the board is sick.

It would seem this board would work alot better with the pbt cause the rails are infused with the pbt i believe unlike a wood board where the pbt is just stuck on there.

*everything i just said is what i think after i have held the board rode it and talked to team riders when the actually builder post he will confirm or discredit .
