you could always just lay out some cheap rope right in the way of the jetskier so they suck it up in the impeller. kinda like a spike strip, but funnier.

Its called the Mendota Slough. Its the place where i ride every weekend in summer. Hardly anyone out there and rarely is there a jetski. The only people there are like 40year olds with there jet boats beached on the shore and drinking beer chearing us on.

LOL thats the life glassy water 24/7 are lake is pretty small and not alot of people it connected to another bigger lake. Its also surrounded by trees so not alot of wind

im sure every one has had jetskis jump there wake while riding, well what if you top top hats idea, and instead of just putting it in the water, have the skater hold a long rope behind him while he rides, so its about 50-60 ft behind him, then when the jetski tries to jumpo ur shizzle, hes F'ed, and he cant complain cause he was following to close
