Lake Down Contest

Please dont make fun of me cause I probably dont know what I'm doing, but I'd really like to get an all wakeskate contest on my lake sometime this summer. I live in windermere, which is a suburb of orlando, on the butler chain. I was talking about it with Yuri, and i think It'd be pretty fun. I'm thinking beginner, advanced, and if enough people show up pro divisions. Mabye get a few sponsers for prizes, i dunno. Any thoughts?

no but seriously, we do have a park on our lake. its perfect for spectators, parking, etc. hopefully everything comes together, because its going to be epic.

The park is very nice on Down.hows the water level on the lake? It was lookin low the other day i drove by it.

I dunno about rails, possibly. They let the windermere wakefest people put rails in for their comp, but that was a pro wakeboard contest. We'll see, I'd really like to try

F/S_Kid, I'd like to do PWC. I want to do it similar to blast, with alot of flats and I/O tricks, mabye an incline and a flatbar for starters if we do rails.

The Kid, definately, Blast was super fun. If you need a ski, I have a four-seater you could probably use (if needed).

JeffKnox, oh, we were thinking of making one at my friends house in a canal, but we never got around to it.

I'm going to contact OUC camp down (the location everyone is talking about) and see if we cant get us a day.
