Injuries/Head hits

THis weekend i was skating and i hit some cabin cruisers wake that was riding by and went flying forward. When i was underwater or just on the surface the board smoked me in the back of the head damn hard.

Anyways i was wondering how any of you guys have taken some bad head hits form the skate.

i wiped out and somehow got run over the face by the board....that was lovely. i now where a face mask...jk, but it hurt enough that i thought about wearing one

my friend kirby has had two hits to the dome both resulting in stitches. we both only wear helmets when required and i barely wear a vest

i took one to the head the first time i skated, wow did that make me fall in love with it, lol. it happens but now i just watch out when i know it might be comin up behind me.

whenever I crash I put my hands on top off my head to protect myself.

yeah i cover my face and top of head everytime i fall

Yeah one time I popped up and was looking for the skate and all of a sudden it came up and hit me in the mouth that killed now if I don't see it I cover my mouth, and one time I landed on the skate and thought it was a gator but that didn't hurt just scared me a little.
